Freight charges are imposed accordingly to the weight of the shipment and the destination world zone. When you enter your appropriate world zone the correct freight charges are automatically calculated and applied to your order.

FOR OUR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

The default shipping for all products is via International Air Mail unless Express Courier is selected from the Shop Cart Menu Delivery time via International Air Mail to most places in the world is between 10 and 14 days from dispatch (in most cases it will be less than 10 days). Delivery time via International Express Courier to most places in the world is between 3 and 7 days from dispatch.
All products are dispatched from Australia. Wherever possible your choice of delivery will be respected, however, in some cases where delivery by courier is not possible alternative delivery methods may be employed.
For customers requesting delivery via Express Couriers, you may track your shipment by logging onto the Members area using your email address and the allocated password we send you in our Dispatch email. For larger shipments in excess of the listed weight ranges you will be charged according to our agreed prices with ECI Couriers (This is mainly for Registered Distributors and not applicable for normal customer sales).
